Si La Cabeza

Charanga Habaner is a well known Cuban band in the Latin world, but mostly in the salsa Cubana world.

They are considered legends in Cuba, but they had their up and downs, due to the changes that happened to their lain up. The band has been nominated for awards including the Latin Grammy in 2003 for the album Live in the U.S.A. In 2005 , also was nominated for “Orgullosamente Latino” awards in three categories: best video, best album, and best group. Furthermore, the group has won numerous awards from Cubadiscos and Lucas. Their old albums were very popular every where around the world and hits like “Esta mi charanga” and “Lola, lola” were the main hits in every Timba Party.  But in the last couple of years their music was not that attractive and they focused more on producing reggaeton and cubatone hits.

Finally they released a new single by the name “Si La Cabeza”  produced by the great Dj Unic, that Definitely takes Us back to the old days, when we’d listen to their timba Cubana songs and just dance.
