Avicii recorded a song With this Artist before he died. It’s about to premiere
The Swedish DJ and producer Avicii, who committed suicide at age 28 a few months ago, leaving a deep pain and emptiness in the world of electronic music, was working on several projects before his sudden death.
The Swedish producer and musician Carl Falk, one of the collaborators of Avicii, has been finishing the material left by the DJ, according to he his social media.
“It was a strange and emotional day, trying to finish these songs, it’s not the same to produce without you by my side, I miss your arm over my shoulder doubting everything and every detail of the song,” he wrote referring to the song Heaven, one of the songs that the Swedish artist recorded with Chris Martin, lead singer of Coldplay.
The song is about to be officially released, although during the homage to Avicii that was made at the Kingsland festival in Amsterdam, the Dutch DJ Nicky Romero reproduced it.
Avicii and the British band worked together on the song A Sky Full Of Stars, a hit of the album Ghost Stories.
Tim Bergling, real name of Avicii, was found dead in Mascat, Oman, on April 20. His family recognized, days later, that the artist had committed suicide because “I could not do it anymore. I wanted to find peace.”
Later, TMZ revealed that Tim Bergling used a piece of glass from a wine bottle to cut himself. It is still unknown if the injury was in the neck or wrist.
